EstatesAI uses the absolute minimum number of cookies required to operate the platform. We believe in privacy by default.

We do not use:

Advertising or tracking cookies

Third-party analytics cookies

Social media cookies

Remarketing or retargeting cookies

We set one strictly necessary cookie:

refresh_token: Keeps you securely logged in between page visits. Stored as an httpOnly, Secure, SameSite=Strict cookie, inaccessible to JavaScript.

Duration: 7 days.

Type: First-party, httpOnly.

Under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003), strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent.

Because we only set one strictly necessary cookie, we are not required to show a cookie consent banner under PECR. Strictly necessary cookies, those essential for the website to function as requested by the user, are exempt from the consent requirement.

If we ever introduce non-essential cookies, for example analytics, we will update this policy and add a consent mechanism.

You can block or delete cookies via your browser settings. Note that blocking the session cookie will prevent you from staying logged in to EstatesAI.

Our web server automatically records standard technical information: IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This data is used only for security monitoring and troubleshooting. Server logs are retained for 90 days and are not used for behavioural tracking.
